Aircraft experienced a simulated rapid depressurization event at cruising altitude. The rear cargo door seal failed during the climb phase. Emergency descent was initiated immediately by the flight crew. The aircraft landed safely at the nearest airfield with minor structural damage to the aft fuselage.

During a heavy crosswind landing simulation, the aircraft's right main gear collapsed upon touchdown. The aircraft veered off the runway into soft ground. No fire was reported. Passengers evacuated via slides on the left side.

Bird strike during takeoff caused dual engine failure. The crew executed an emergency water landing in a nearby reservoir. All passengers evacuated successfully via overwing exits.

Propeller blade separation during cruise flight. Debris struck the left side fuselage creating a 2-foot hole. Emergency descent and diversion to alternate airport completed safely.
